George Kirkham

George is a founding partner of Certo, having worked with IBM Cognos and in the  Data Warehousing field for over 15 years. As well as having a B.Sc and M.Sc in Computer Science, George is also a certified Charted Engineer (CEng).

He believes that every single thing he delivers for a client – no matter how big or small - should be able to deliver measureable, tangible benefits. He achieves this through his strong technical background, coupled with his ability to genuinely understand his client's business and get on with their people.

George's achievements include implementing a business intelligence solution, which enabled the whole of Fujitsu-Siemens Computers Europe to understand the state of the business on a daily basis. He has also designed and delivered a solution for a large professional services firm that enabled the business to report and analyze utilization metrics for over 4000 employees on a daily basis.

George is proud of the depth and breadth of his industry experience and technical knowledge across the field of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, and has a reputation for communicating his knowledge in a way that makes sense to everyone. He always focuses on his clients' unique needs so he can deliver a solution that truly fits.

Rob Worthington

Rob is one of Certo's principal consultants, having been working with the company for 5 years, and working in business intelligence and data warehousing for the last 14 years. He has a degree in Business Computing from Sunderland University and has used Cognos Toolset for the last 19 years.

Rob believes in always delivering solutions which provide real benefits that last, and working closely with end users to ensure he provides exactly what they need. He is proud of his business intelligence knowledge, coupled with his ability to give advice and help his clients make sound decisions about the best solutions for them.

Rob has an enviable track record of delivering robust reporting solutions for his clients, and enjoys working with Certo clients to show what business benefits Cognos solutions can provide.

Rob really enjoys assisting clients, through analysis of their existing systems, challenges, and business needs to make their Information Management decisions, aiding the planning of “next steps” through offering expert advice and guidance based on his years of specialized Information Management experience. Rob also continues to be involved with the latest releases of Business Intelligence Software, Providing technical consultancy to clients utilizing web-based reporting tools in complex environments.

Rob is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for Certo.  He assists customers with their BI strategy, business requirements, solution scope definition, project management and hands-on technical delivery of data warehousing and reporting solutions.

Rob has had a number of articles published in CIO Magazine amongst others. He has a reputation for thinking outside the square and giving excellent and impartial advice to his clients.

Robert Mattiuzzo

A University Of Sydney engineering graduate, Robert is one of the founding partners of Certo, having previously worked in business intelligence and data warehousing for 14 years.

Robert has worked with large organisations across a range of industries including retail, insurance, financial services and government, successfully delivering a range of business intelligence solutions which have all stood the test of time.

Rob's breadth of experience has given him a real sense of what works and what doesn't, and helps him focus on delivering practical solutions which provide real value.

Rob has a reputation for really getting under the skin of his clients' businesses and completely understanding their issues. He enjoys providing simple, effective solutions, which help his clients unlock new business opportunities through timely access to reliable and clear information.
